Frequently Asked Questions

  • A one-off career session is relevant for someone who is either at a decision point on an option/s OR knows the direction they wish to head however requires some expertise to help bring this to fruition.

    Career Coaching on the other hand, delivers six consecutive sessions and is a deep dive, with each session building upon the last session and support provided for the duration of the coaching series (over a ~3 month period).

  • Career Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. This is to meet client demand for flexibility in location, efficient use of time, and easy access to electronic devices for note taking or document sharing between screens.

  • Careers expert Holly Rees personally conducts all sessions. Holly has worked at an executive level in both recruitment and coaching, and with candidates at every other level. Holly brings extensive hiring experience both as a top recruiter and as a people leader.
